Daniel Bettis, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract surgery and Glaucoma/MIGS. He received his undergraduate education from University of Missouri at Columbia and graduated from University of Utah-John A. Moran Eye Center.  Dr. Bettis completed his internship, residency, and fellowship at University of Utah-John A. Moran Eye Center.

Dr. Bettis specializes in the surgical management of glaucoma and cataract care. He joins the Moyes Eye Center from the University of Iowa-Carver School of Medicine where he has served as glaucoma faculty since 2015 and played an integral role in establishing their MIGS (minimally invasive glaucoma surgery) program.
