Andrew L. Moyes, MD, Anthony J. Verachtert, OD, and James Paauw, MD, offer expert, compassionate care for a variety of eye conditions. We are only able to achieve our goals with the best possible staff in the eye care field. That's why we've assembled a team of vision professionals who go above and beyond the call of duty to provide our patients with an outstanding vision care experience. It’s simple: we work hard to treat you like we would want our own families to be treated.
 
Our eye care professionals will make you feel at home from the first moment you walk in the door, and we'll make sure you're completely comfortable with every aspect of your care, knowing the risks as well as the benefits. We'll be with you each step of the way to answer any questions or concerns.
 
Our specialties include LASIK vision correction, cataract surgery with premium vision correction options, corneal transplants, glaucoma and dry eye treatment. Many of our patients are referred to Moyes Eye Center from eye doctors that have trusted their patients surgical needs to us. We are happy to work with your local eye care professional if ophthalmic treatment is necessary.
 
We are conveniently located in the Northland next to Saint Luke’s Northland Hospital.

Corneal Transplants

The cornea is the front windshield of the eye. It is responsible for a large portion of our vision. When the cornea is damaged from injury or disease it can cause decreased visual acuity or sometimes even blindness.
